Former aircraft refitting company, Airline Services Limited (ASL), is to pay out a total GBP2,979,685 (USD3.87 million) under a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) over bribes paid to German national carrier Lufthansa.
