THE EUROPEAN Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that efforts to squeeze Ireland-based creditors from Bank of America-inspired insolvency proceedings of a Dublin-based subsidiary of Italian food giant Parmalat could be blocked by the Irish courts.
