A COMPREHENSIVE reform of the European Union’s VAT package for travel agents has been proposed by the European Commission, which would change the special rules that apply for the sector. THE NUMBER of TSE tests carried out on sheep and goats annually within the European Union is to soar from 164,000 to 560,000, with the idea being approved by the EU’s Standing Veterinary Committee.
