FOLLOWING the late-November OPEC summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez visited Tehran to discuss joint ventures over oil refining and then chuckle with his Iranian counterpart, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, over the weakened US dollar. "Thanks to Almighty, the value of dollars on global market is declining," Ahmadinejad said during a joint news conference, according to the Iranian state news agency, IRNA. "And we will witness fall of dollar in the future."
