ZIMBABWE tobacco farmer Kobus Joubert looks to the heavens gloomily as he prepares to sleep by the roadside next to his Chegutu farm. Those who know him say they have only seen that look when there is an impending drought.
Joubert was evicted from his farm in Scotsdale, located in President Robert Mugabe's home province of Mashonaland West after being handed an eviction order on August 15 this year to pave way for a takeover by one of Mugabe's leading supporters in the area, Felix Pambukani.
