A World Trade Organisation (WTO) disputes panel has been authorised to settle a row between China and Japan over Chinese anti-dumping duties on high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes imported from Japan.Tokyo argues that these duties break global commerce rules, notably the WTO’s anti-dumping agreement and its general agreement on tariffs and trade (GATT).
