BY KEITH NUTHALL WORLD Trade Organisation (WTO) negotiators return to Geneva this month (Geneva) with the aim of ending the long-running WTO Doha Development Round food liberalisation food talks by December. Diplomats and expert officials will discuss line-by-line proposals released in late July by food and drink talks chairman Crawford Falconer. He has tabled formulas for cutting tariffs and trade-distorting production subsidies.
