BY KEITH NUTHALLA WORLD Trade Organisation (WTO) disputes panel has told the United States it has until this December 17 to implement a previous ruling that it stages a new sunset review into renewing anti-dumping duties against Argentine exports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG). Argentina won a case last year based on claims that the US broke WTO rules by failing to use new international procedures when deciding in 2001 to extend the 1.36% duty; it had instead used its 1930 Tariff Act.
