WIND POWER

TRD Industries Co. Ltd., of Japan, has developed a wind power system for lorries, where several units of compact propellers and generators are fitted on the cab roof. The resulting electricity powers the air conditioning, saving fuel. This system is designed to work on cabs that are lower than the top of their trailers, absorbing air pressure generated in the step between the two.
