WET SEAL IN COURT
October 1st, 2003 BY PHILIP FINE
SPECIALITY retailer Wet Seal, which operates 620 stores in 47 US states, is involved in a court case being closely watched by the American textile industry. If Wet Seal is found liable, it could mean that retailers may have to share the responsibility of ensuring workers are properly paid by contractors.
