BY PHILIP FINE A US company that developed a method to turn waste into low-priced usable fuel plans to begin turning out 500 barrels of oil a day next month. Changing World Technologies (CWT) has built its newest plant on the site of Conagra Foods Butterball turkey factory in Missouri. It is slated to open in September and will use a process the company has developed, called thermal depolymerisation.
