China food manufacturing major the Want Want Group, has invested Chinese Yuan Renminbi CNY700 million (USD107 million) in a factory that will be the company’s biggest. Spokesperson Zhu Jiwen said this new “model plant” is also “the group’s biggest investment in the mainland.” Testing is now underway on the production lines, according to local Chinese language media.
