US STEEL FACES COURT CHALLENGE OVER HAMILTON PLANT AFTER LOSING CONSTITUTIONAL LAW BID

The court has dismissed a claim from the American steel company the United States Steel Corporation arguing that by threatening punishments under the Investment Canada Act, the Canadian government was violating its constitutional rights.
