US PHARMA ASSOCIAIUTON CALLS FOR SOUTH KOREAN REFORMS OVER MEDICINE PRICING

THE PHARMACEUTICAL Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) organisation has called on the South Korean government to make its system of reimbursing patients for medicines more transparent now the US-South Korea free trade agreement is in force (from March 15). PhRMA fears the Korean health service will deliberately buy locally-made drugs over American exports.
