BY KEITH NUTHALLMEXICO has requested the formation of a World Trade Organisation panel over a dispute with the United States regarding its levying of 11.68 per cent countervailing duties on imports of carbon steel plate in sheets from Mexican producer Altos Hornos de México, SA de CV (AHMSA).
