US investment firm, Schulze Global Investments Ltd (Schulze Global), has finalised the acquisition of a 45% stake in MB PLC (Family Milk), a leading dairy company in Ethiopia. Schulze Global decided to partner with the Family Milk brand because of its “strong potential as a market leading dairy processor”, explained the new CEO of the Addis Ababa-based MB PLC, Robert Kariuki.
