UN CLOSE TO PORT BAN FOR ILLEGAL FISHING

NEGOTIATORS are close to forging an international agreement that would ban vessels involved in illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing from ports worldwide, conserving fish stocks within developing country seas and oceans.
