BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE INTERNATIONAL Finance Corporation (IFC), of the World Bank, is lending Ukraine DIY chain Nova Liniya US$5 million to set up two 10,000 sq m stores in the country's capital Kiev. The stores will join the Ukraine-owned company's existing 5,000 sq m Kiev outlet and will mimic the operation of large western chains, such as Home Depot, Lowes and OBI, offering; said the IFC: "wide range of high quality home improvement products and specialised services at an affordable price."
