BY KEITH NUTHALLSCIENTISTS worldwide are re-assessing risks posed worldwide to nuclear power reactors by flooding from tsunamis, after last December's disaster. Delegates to an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) conference staged at India's Kalpakkam power station heard how it had shut down for six days after being hit by Tsunami waters.
