BY KEITH NUTHALLOFFICIALS at the World Trade Organisation have been asked to draw up a detailed report on how the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, (TRIPs), should be amended to take account of e-commerce.The proposal was tabled by the Swiss government at last week's meeting of the WTO's TRIPs Council.
