BY KEITH NUTHALL AIRPORTS Council International (ACI Europe) has warned air passengers arriving in the European Union (EU), Switzerland, Norway and Iceland with duty free alcohol purchased at non-EU airports or non-EU airlines still cannot take these products onto connecting flights.
