BY MONICA DOBIEThe European Investment Bank has drawn up plans to lend Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey (TMMT), a subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation, approximately Euro125 million to modernise an existing vehicle manufacturing plant in Adapazari, western Turkey, 120 km east of Istanbul.This expanded plant would be used to produce the new Toyota Corrolla models and would lead to the creation of roughly 850 new jobs in the area by the year 2005, nearly doubling its staff numbers from last year's level of 1,150.
