BY MARK ROWEThainox Steel, the largest stainless steel manufacturer in Southeast Asia, expects to boost output this year and increase profits, defying the continuing decline in global stainless steel prices. Output at the company's plant in Rayong, Thailand, is expected to top 160,000 tonnes, up 10,000 tonnes from last year.
