METAL ore exploration and production companies are warning Tanzania faces a sharp decline in metal ore output as the government continues to implement stringent laws to regulate the sector. Tensions between the state and foreign-owned companies have been rising as the government of President John Pombe Magufuli has increased surveillance on the output of mines in the country, blocking exports.
