TAIWAN’s Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has warned people against a fast-reviving investment fraud being operated through Nanning in China’s Guanxi Zhuang autonomous region. In the scam organised by mainly Taiwanese crooks, Taiwanese people are invited to Nanning to hear extended high-pressure presentations promising quick, 100-fold returns on investments of little more than USD 10,000 for fictitious development schemes.
