SWITZERLAND NEEDS HARSHER PENALTIES FOR BRIBERY, SAYS OECD

Switzerland’s significant foreign bribery enforcement should be accompanied by harsher penalties and private sector whistleblower protection, according to the latest report from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD) Working Group on Bribery.
