A RAFT of sustainable power generation projects in Göteborg, Sweden is likely to attract a Euro 197 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB). It plans to support the construction of a gas fired combined cycle co-generation unit, a new biomass plant, the refurbishment of an existing biomass plant and ancillary investments in district heating co-generation and distribution.
