SURVEY FINDS COVID UPS CYBERCRIME AND POLICE NEED FOR E-EVIDENCE

European Union (EU) law enforcement agencies have reported their capacity to request evidence from foreign-based online service providers (OSPs) declined during the Covid-19 pandemic, even as the disease prompted a surge in cybercrime.
