STOCKHOLM is to become the latest European city to introduce London-style congestion charging, after city dwellers voted for such a system in a local referendum following a successful pilot. A yes vote of 53% backed charges of between Euro 1 to Euro 2.10 when drivers enter Stockholm's congestion zone, weekdays, between 6.30am and 6.29pm.
