STENNIS AIRPORT

STENNIS International Airport in Mississippi, USA, is awaiting federal US congressional approval to install a US$2 million air traffic control tower that will enable it to be used as a remote field for cargo flights and a maintenance and repair facility. Currently, flights land at Stennis with assistance from nearby Gulfport /Biloxy Regional Airport.
