A NOVEL 'speed dating' system at the first global ICT (information communication technology) forum for least developed countries, proved a success, said organisers. Held in Mauritius, potential donors, investors and beneficiary governments identified areas of common interest in one-to-one meetings. USAID pledged help for a Mali e-government project, for instance.
