AS Singapore’s talent shortages begin to impact on business prospects, new opportunities are emerging for HR to play a lead role in aligning workforce planning with business strategy. A recent report (released August 17) by the talent outsourcing firm KellyOCG, conducted across Singapore, India, Australia and Malaysia, found the majority of senior ‘C-suite’ level executives (61%) expected talent shortages to have a negative impact on their business going forward.
