SHELL RUSSIA FINANCE BOSS CALLS FOR COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS REFORM

THE RUSSIA tax manager at energy giant Shell has called for comprehensive financial and business practice reforms in his country, so that companies can reduce costs and operate in a more predictable environment.
