THE EUROPEAN Investment Bank is lending Euro 34 million to the Serbia & Montenegro Air Traffic Services Agency for rehabilitating national air traffic control infrastructure. Much of the money will help improve the Belgrade flight information region's area control centre. Also, a modern approach control centre and control tower will be built in Montenegro's capital Podgorica.
