BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is planning to lend Euro 20 million to help American packaging giant the Ball Corporation build an aluminium can plant in Serbia. The plant is expected to focus on beverages, increasing competition in the sector, said an EBRD note. The factory should start work next year, employing 100-150 workers at its Belgrade site.
