THE PERSONAL care product sector in south-east Asia has been looking ahead to how it emerges from the Covid-19 crisis, which has hit this diverse region in differing ways. According to Finland-based Global Research & Data Services, sales of personal care products in Malaysia’s 31.6 million people market last year (2019) were worth USD557 million, based on UN data.
