BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Commission has rebuffed calls from the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) for increased European Union (EU) tariff protection against dumped styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic rubber (SBS), an adhesive ingredient. Furthermore, it has proposed abolishing existing anti-dumping duties on the product on Taiwanese producers.
