RUSSIA’S SHEREMETYEVO EYES MASSIVE EXPANSION

Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow, Russia’s largest in terms of traffic, will invest up to Russian Roubles RUB147.1 billion (USD2.5 billion) expanding its capacity from its current 35 million to 80 million passengers per year by 2026, according to a new development plan. It involves reconstruction of the existing C and F terminals of the airport, and building a new C-2 terminal.
