RUSSIAN CENTRAL BANK FUNDS FROZEN IN USA, EU AND UK

Russia today faced a further tightening of sanctions as its armed forces continued their unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, with the Biden administration freezing any Russian central bank assets held within the USA or by Americans. The same order has been imposed on funds owned by Russia’s National Wealth Fund and ministry of finance.
