BY KEITH NUTHALLEUROPEAN Union (EU) ministers have been asked by the European Commission to impose definitive anti-dumping duties of 23.6 per cent on imports from Russia of imports of silicon (with silicon content less than 99.99 per cent by weight). A slightly lower duty of 22.7 per cent would be imposed on silicon from SKU LLC, of Sual-Kremny-Ural and ZAO KREMNY, of Irkutsk.
