RUSSIA GOVERNMENT PLOTS BOOST TO RARE EARTHS PRODUCTION

The Russian government has told Industrial Minerals of its plans to help boost rare earth element (REE) production across Russia in upcoming years. The government is initially setting aside USD350 million for direct and indirect support for the sector, said an official at the ministry of industry and trade.
