BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Union (EU) Council of Ministers has extended to Morocco 60.4% definitive anti-dumping duties imposed in 1999 on imports into the EU of steel ropes and cables manufactured in China, because of concerns about tariff evasion.
