Under a free trade deal Romanian duties would be phased out on animal fats and oils, partly or wholly hydrogenated, inter-esterified, re-esterified or elaidinised, as well as animal fats that are boiled, oxidized, dehydrated, sulphurised, blown, or even polymerised.
