THE EUROPEAN Union Council of Ministers has voted to extend the double-checking system for exports of certain steel products from Romania to the EU, from July 1 until December 31. The system will be re-introduced without quantitative limits. By approving the move, ministers backed an earlier decision regarding the extension made by the EU-Romania Association Council.
