BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Environment Agency (EEA) has called for a concerted action to improve the poor driving behaviour of 18-25 year olds on weekends, which it says is responsible for a significant proportion of Europe's road deaths. The EEA, acting to promote sustainable development, has released figures showing a significant spike in road deaths for young drivers early Saturday and Sunday mornings.
