PRIVATE SECTOR CORRUPTION

Keith NuthallTHE EUROPEAN Union (EU) Council of Ministers has approved a law which orders all Member States to criminalise private sector corruption - whether active or tacit - ensuring that punishments laid down by their courts involve "effective, proportionate and dissuasive penalties."
