BY MONICA DOBIETHE SUPREME Court of Canada has unanimously upheld a Saskatchewan law than bans displaying cigarettes in any store that permits minors on the premises. Rothmans Benson & Hedges, the company that challenged the validity of this provincial legislation, argued that because the federal law allows retail 'power wall' displays of tobacco, provincial legislation should be ruled invalid.
