BY RICHARD HURST, in JohannesburgPORT Elizabeth airport, South Africa, is currently undergoing a Rand 31-million (US$4.12) upgrade to its terminals, so that they can accept international flights. The process will take approximately eight months and will see a major improvement to the current state of the airport, notably on its ability to offer customs and immigration clearance.
