Keith NuthallTHE EUROPEAN Investment Bank (EIB) has unveiled plans to lend the Polish Airports State Enterprise, (Przedsiebiorstwo Panstwowe Porty Lotnicze) Euro 200 million to construct a second terminal at Warsaw International Airport, Poland.
