KEITH NUTHALLTHE TEXTILES Monitoring Bureau of the World Trade Organisation has recommended that Poland lifts transitional safeguard duties that it has imposed on imports of acrylic/modacrylic staple yarn, pure or mixed with wool or fine animal hair, from Romania.
